Will the charms tarnish?

The metal parts are plated silver-tone and gold-tone hardware. Keep them dry and away from perfume and they hold their finish for a long time — if anything does go dull on you within 15 days, email us and we will sort it.

Can I return a charm?

Yes — 15 days, no questions asked. If something is not right, email [email protected] and we will send a prepaid label.

How do the charms attach?

Most pieces come on a spring-gate clasp or a split ring that fits handbag straps, zip pulls and keyrings. The bead pins are kilt pins, so they pin through fabric or hang from a strap ring — each product page says which.

Is the packaging gift-ready?
