Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR and shown before tax where tax applies. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Our returns policy is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order.
